Fonetikly is an English pronunciation learning app designed for Spanish speakers. It provides phonetic spellings, audio pronunciation, and practice challenges to help users learn English pronunciation.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Fonetikly. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
You may use Fonetikly as a guest or create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account.
Fonetikly offers a free trial and paid subscription plans. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's payment terms. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings.
We do not offer refunds outside of Apple's standard refund policy.

All content in Fonetikly, including phonetic data, audio, and design, is owned by or licensed to us. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the app without our written permission.
Fonetikly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or available at all times.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Fonetikly.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
